[rnzlt] Download Privilege Sign JNL fonts from Jeff Levine

Image
Privilege Sign JNL The above-the-store signage for many newspaper stands, soda shops, candy stores, luncheonettes and pharmacies of the 1950s and early 1960s were what was referred to as “privilege signs” provided by one of the major cola brands. Consisting of the brand’s emblems on the left and right, the remainder of the sign would carry the desired message of the storekeeper (such as “Candy – Soda – Newspapers”) in prismatic, embossed metal letters. Inspired by these vintage signs, Privilege Sign JNL recreates the condensed sans serif lettering style in both regular and oblique versions. The typefaces are solid black, but adding a selected color and a prismatic effect from your favorite graphics program can reproduce the look and feel of those old businesses. [txush] Download Montage fonts from House Industries

Image
Montage Montage has played a weighty role in some of the most influential and enduring typography of the past few decades, from book jackets and album covers, to posters and logos…you name it. Exhibiting an uncommon ability to wield immense power while demonstrating extraordinary finesse, Montage ’s commanding profile packs a hefty punch which is softened only by its lithe yet durable serifs. Originally designed for Photo-Lettering in the mid-1960s by type legend, Ed Benguiat, the fonts were given a jump start by Jess Collins before ultimately being shaped into five compatible widths by longtime House co-conspirator, Mitja Miklavčič. Under the guidance of Ben Kiel, along with some additional chin-stroking by Ken Barber, Montage has been fully developed into a robust family ready to tackle any challenge you can throw at it. FEATURES LIGATURES: In order to ensure that Montage maintains its bold presence in tricky text settings, we’ve added a handy set of pre-drawn letter combina

[eipyz] Download Plinc Banjo fonts from House Industries

Image
Plinc Banjo When it comes to poster design, the line between wild west and psychedelic can be surprisingly fine. Dave West combined both typographic genres to create his refreshing Banjo. Developed in the late 1960s for Photo-Lettering, Inc., this curvaceous high-contrast sort-of serif might have been born on the nineteenth-century frontier, but it was raised in the counterculture of the mid-twentieth century. Use it wherever the conventional and uncommon collide. Vectorized by Mitja Miklavčič in 2017. Like all good subversives, House Industries hides in plain sight while amplifying the look, feel and style of the world’s most interesting brands, products and people. Download Now Server 1 Download Now Server 2 Download Now Server 3 Atwin is a modern remake of Gemini , hence the name ( Atwin = “A twin” = Gemini, the twin of the zodiac). It is inspired by the angular and unusual forms of the numbers on bank cheques (so-called MICR). Large blobs of weight are thrown around the glyphs often in unfamiliar patterns. It makes for an angular but also blobby design that disrupts and breaks away from tradition. You should use Atwin to add flair and confidence to sci-fi, futurist, outré, or just plain unusual materials. Good in displays sizes. Latin-based scripts are well supported with a generous supply of punctuation and diacritics. Kerned to perfection. Tight. Atwin Atwin
